Oath Print is an apparel brand honoring those who served. Every item is printed to order in the United States, and a portion of every order supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

These terms govern your use of oathprint.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them. If you have a question about anything here, email support@oathprint.com and a real person will answer.

1. Terms of Service

Agreement

By visiting oathprint.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province, to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays color exactly. Slight variation in print color and garment shade is normal for printed apparel.
  • Because items are printed on demand, minor variation in print placement of up to half an inch is normal and is not considered a defect.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, that contain obvious pricing errors, or that we are unable to fulfill.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for a free reshipment. See the Shipping Policy below.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the security of the site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and the products sold on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oath Print and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oath Print from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date, for any reason.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, if attached, should still be on the garment.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • Email support@oathprint.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to ship the item back.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@oathprint.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
  3. Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, including a wrong size or color ordered. We cover return shipping when the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or when we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, the fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Production begins quickly after checkout. If you need to cancel or change an order — including a size change or an address correction — email us within 12 hours of placing it and we will do everything we can. Once an item has entered production it cannot be cancelled, but the 30-day return policy above still applies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund you were told was issued, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received it, email support@oathprint.com and we will trace it.

3. Shipping Policy

Production Time

Every Oath Print item is made after you order it. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. This is in addition to transit time.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–8 business days after production.
  • Canada: 5–15 business days after production.
  • International: 10–25 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our production facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing several items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if production has not started.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will help you open a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address you provided, but we will always try to help resolve the situation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Shipping Delays

Severe weather, carrier backlogs, high-volume holiday periods, and customs inspections can delay delivery. We will keep you informed, but delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund of shipping charges.

4. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience, and we do not sell your personal data. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, product photography, and written content on oathprint.com are the property of Oath Print or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not the artwork printed on it.

Our designs are original works created to honor military service. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Department of Defense, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, or any government agency. References to military service are made respectfully and in tribute.
